Lunchbox
The Lunch Boxes workshops allow 4 and 5 year olds to learn how to cook a meal and a snack that they can enjoy the next day at school. Each child will be able to come once a week for 10 weeks. Through this initiative, Mon Resto Saint-Michel helps equip these young people and their families to make healthier choices throughout their lives.

Processing food
As part of the Collective Impact Project (PIC) of Saint-Michel, food processing workshops have been developed to meet different neighborhood needs. Addressing all neighborhood residents, these workshops present different food preservation techniques to increase food self-sufficiency. These workshops also aim to reduce food waste, create an inventory of frozen fruits and vegetables for various neighborhood food initiatives, and support the community with the products sold.
